A new Italian restaurant has opened in the Pimlico/Westminster area.. Situated in Rochester Row on the site of the former restaurant, “Simply Nico”, the new arrival aims to become a well established name in the restaurant business. 2 Amici, is launched by a team of locals who pride themselves that they have collectively worked the restaurant business for more than 55 years. Our business philosophy is to create a meeting place for locals, friends, tourists and business people who want to experience the warmth of a truly local neighbourhood restaurant where the relationship with people is equally as important as the food.

Serving good quality Southern Italian cuisine, the management team is led by Mario Bakkali, who built his reputation at another local Pimlico favourite, situated in Warwick Way where he worked for 7 years.  Mario has become a well known figure in the local community. He brings with him to the new business a former Head Chef, Pasquale.

Our restaurant serves 65 covers and offers a full bar service. It has a broad selection of wines which will suit all pockets and have been personally selected to compliment the food. Our prices start at a house wine for £13.50 to something rather special like a Barolo Reserva 1999 at £41.50.  Pasquale, our Southern Italian chef, has worked as a Head Chef in businesses for more than 15 years. Passionate about food, he has prepared a range of signature dishes; however his personal favourites are Luingini Power di Mare, a pasta dish served with a medley of fresh seafood in a light tomato sauce followed by the well known Italian special, Zabaglione.
